Giant Bowl of Greens and Rice and Cashews

Ingredients

  • onion + garlic
  • broccoli
  • green beans
  • edamame
  • spinach
  • kale
  • bok choy + a little water
  • splash of tamari
  • a sprinkle of chilli flakes + 1/2 tsp fennel seeds

Preparation

  1. Sautee onion + garlic until soft, before adding broccoli, green beans, edamame, spinach, kale, bok choy + a little water

  2. Cover and cook until veggies are cooked through

  3. Remove the lid, add a generous splash of tamari, a sprinkle of chilli flakes + 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, and cook until tamari cooks off ☺

  4. Serve with rice + crushed cashews! Enjooooooy
