Mini Pancakes for Pancake Tuesday

Ingredients

  • 240g flour
  • 135g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • 105g margarine (about 115ml melted)
  • 200ml aquafaba (or water/mylk)
  • 310ml water / 210ml water

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add the melted margarine and aquafaba, then pour in 200ml of water. Mix the ingredients.

  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more water or liquid as needed. A total of around 300ml water and 200ml aquafaba is usually suitable.

  4. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes.

  5. Heat a frying pan.

  6. Begin making pancakes of your preferred size – small or large!

  7. Cook the pancakes until they're golden brown on both sides.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
