Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple (canned is fine!) 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 t. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 7 dates
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates in warm water for ten minutes, and remove skins. Blend the pineapple, oats, almonds, and dates in a food processor ?stir in the rest of the ingredients and roll into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Refrigerate
