Coffee Lovers This One Is for You

Ingredients

  • •100g dark chocolate (I used 70% vegan dark chocolate slab from @hotelchocolat)
  • •1 tbsp coffee beans (I used @cannacoffee.uk)
  • •1 tsp sea salt flakes (I used @maldonsalt )

Preparation

  1. Break the chocolate into small chunks, place in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Give it a stir, place back in the microwave and microwave for a further 30 seconds until melted

  2. Line a smallish baking tray or plate with parchment paper

  3. Pour the chocolate over it, sprinkle with coffee beans and salt

  4. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes or until set

  5. Enjoy
